Dovetail: January Construction Update

Our construction team has been making remarkable strides on-site, bringing Dovetail’s vision to life with each passing phase.

Framing of the first floor on both the East and West buildings have been completed, along with the paving of the parking lot in these areas. With these foundational elements in place, the project is moving forward swiftly.

Currently, our team is actively working on the second-floor framing for both buildings, while mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins are also well underway. These essential components will lay the groundwork for the next stages of construction.
