Dovetail: February Construction Update

Construction at Dovetail is moving full steam ahead, with exciting progress shaping the community’s future. Since January, our team has reached several major milestones.

The third-floor framing for both the East and West buildings is now finished, along with roof decking on the East side. Additionally, paving work in both areas has been successfully completed, further defining the site’s layout.

As we move forward, the West building is currently receiving its roof trusses and decking, while dumpster enclosures are being installed across the property. Window installation is also underway for both buildings, marking another crucial step in the construction process.

With each phase, Dovetail is taking shape, and we’re eager to share more updates as progress continues! Stay tuned for what’s next.
