From Rome, Italy, Max received his education in the U.S. with a B.S. in Advertising from Arizona State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Max’s career in outdoor advertising in Italy apexed with the sale of his business to Clear Channel Communications. Max has been involved in several investment and real estate ventures culminating in the founding of GBMC, a real estate company specialized in the development of multifamily projects in Central Texas.
GARY BOHAMED
CO-FOUNDER, INVESTOR
Gary was founding member and Executive Director of Independence Medical Group, a $100 million Independent Physician Association based in central California. Gary received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, Malibu. As Co-Founder of GBMC, Gary plays an integral role in the company’s growth and success.

From Milan, Italy, Patrizia raised a family of five boys, initially in California and most recently in Texas. A passionate licensed real estate agent, Patrizia is a shareholder and partner in GBMC with roles spanning from sales to property management.

After studying International Business abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, Jon experienced an upper management career in retail pharmacy. Jon works on the development team and holds an instrumental role in the success of GBMC developments.
LIAM CARUANA
SALES MANAGER
From Rome, Italy, Liam has enjoyed a successful career as a professional tennis player, reaching a world ranking of 22 in the ITF Junior rankings and a best ranking of 375 in the ATP world rankings. Liam is a dedicated real estate professional specializing in condominium project sales. As Sales Manager, Liam oversees GBMC sales programs, product development, and marketing efforts.

Krispey is an Austin girl with an attitude and a passion for water. After a successful modeling career and 20 offspring, Krispey now is GBMC’s sole and irreplaceable Customer Service Manager. She can be found at our sales center entertaining customers and making everyone happy!.
