The Mercer: Sold Out in Record Time
The Mercer achieved an incredible milestone this year, becoming the fastest-selling condo residences in New Braunfels. This achievement reflects the growing demand for thoughtfully designed, high-quality living spaces in our vibrant community. We’re thrilled to welcome all new homeowners to The Mercer family!
Dovetail: From Vision to Reality
2024 also marked a transformative year for our latest project, Dovetail. Here’s a look at the milestones we accomplished:
Secured Financing & Permits: With all approvals in place, the foundation for this unique development was set.
Groundbreaking Ceremony: We celebrated the start of construction with community leaders, partners, and future homeowners.
Anticipated Sales Program Launched: With excitement building, we officially launched Dovetail's sales program, offering prospective homeowners a first glimpse of this exceptional community.
As we move into 2025, we look forward to seeing Dovetail take shape and make strides towards inching closer to obtaining Certificate of Occupancy.
