The Mercer: Construction Update #7

Construction at The Mercer is nearing the finish line. Completed work includes community blade sign, exterior & interior paint, interior doors & cabinets, sidewalk & pool deck, flooring, shower tile, and dumpster enclosure. Items underway consist of amenity center countertop & bar, kitchen & bathroom countertops, balcony railings, irrigation, pool walls, and fencing.
